amber, |
I obtained a Bachelors in Elementary Education in 2005. While planning for my wedding in the fall of 2006, I became very interested in the event planning process. I then began planning events for family and friends and in the process, found a passion for baking. After the birth of my daughter and becoming a stay-at-home mom, I decided to put my all into learning everything there is to know about the industry by research, attending cake classes, and practice. By doing this, not only did I learn the ins and outs, but the passion that I truly have. I am blessed with a natural gift and a husband that is a self-taught chef. Every sweet treat I have ever made has had full thought and passion behind it, making my customers delighted and fully satisfied. During the past year, I have also had the amazing opportunity to be a part of the community, volunteering for an organization that is near and dear to my heart, The American Cancer Association. In April of 2010, I was able to contribute to the raising of thousands of dollars in the Cupcakes for Cures event at the Grove Park Inn. I also had the pleasure of baking for Asheville's Annual 2010 Relay for Life Survivor Dinner. Sincerely,
